Missing 1 idler pulley of 2 I ordered

Ordered 2 idlers and have only receive 1. Missing idler has not arrived.

Question asked: Elite 3000 gate opener I have 2 pulleys near the operator one as an idler smooth no teeth and one on the end of the chain with teeth mostly worn or broken teeth, Kevlar materials, do these both have teeth now?

The SL3000 has only one model of idlers. You may be referring to exterior idlers that are provided by the installer. Feel free to email us pictures of the items you need so we can find the correct match for you.
