The OVS-01GT from OPTEX is designed to reliably detect the presence of a stationary or moving vehicle while also having the ability to ignore most human traffic. It also eliminates the hassles associated with the installation of a ground loop. No more concrete cutting required. The OVS-01GT can be mounted 2 to 3 feet off the ground and can detect both small and large vehicles.

Presence Capability
The OVS-01GT is designed to detect the presence of a vehicle. In applications for gates and barrier arms, it is installed above ground and near the gate operator. It can be mounted on a pole or post. Its detection area can be customized with 8 range settings, 5 sensitivity settings and one-touch calibration

Ignores Human Movement
In security gate applications, it is important that the sensor only detect vehicles and ignore human movement. The OVS-01GT has 5 selectable menu setting options to ignore human movement.
