Question asked: I am looking for a programmable timer that can be locked. I own vending machines that are in high schools. I need to be able to shut them off during the lunch hour. I have a programmable timer now but the kids can just turn it off to turn the vending machines back on. I'm looking for a solution to keep others from messing with the shut off times.

The timers we carry are meant to trigger a relay, not cut off the power. We do carry a basic electric timer for $19.99 but since you said that the students have a way to get to it, I don't see how we can help. Maybe you can install an electrical box to contain the timer you already have inside of it..?
