This beast can move a heavy gate smoothly, efficiently and quick, up to 3 ft per second. These operators close gates to a precise point and are extremely easy on your gate hardware. SlideDriver VF operators use a variable frequency drive, 8 inch wheels - both wheels driven, and a high flow rate pump to move gates weighing up to 5,000 lb!! at high speed. Field adjustable Open/Close speeds are 2.2 or 3 ft/ps with an Emergency Fast Operate mode at 3 ft/s. (91 cm/s)

Operator is listed and restricted to UL 325 usage class III, IV due to high speed.
